Krystina Habib, CRNP, joined the University of Pittsburgh Department of Neurological Surgery in August 2023. She studied at UMass Medical School’s Graduate School of Nursing, completing her training as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in 2017. Since that time, she has worked as nurse practitioner in neurosurgery, caring for neurosurgical patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
She currently cares for patients who undergo surgical interventions for complex cranial, skull base and neurovascular pathologies. She has also enjoyed caring for patients with complex spine, traumatic, functional and oncological neurosurgical needs.
