Paige Pickford, PA-C, joined the University of Pittsburgh Department of Neurological Surgery in August 2026. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Seton Hill University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies in May 2025 and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in May 2026.
Paige is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and values a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to medicine. She is passionate about working across specialties to ensure optimal patient outcomes and emphasizes teamwork in all aspects of care.
Her clinical interests include the care and treatment of patients with complex cranial conditions, and she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care throughout every stage of treatment. As a Pittsburgh native, Paige is grateful to provide care to the community she has always called home.
